Donation and Sponsorship Requests:
We are committed to supporting and helping improve the communities that support us and we appreciate you thinking of us as you plan your event. Please understand we receive far more requests than we can fill. We prioritize registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations when evaluating requests.
Donation and sponsorship requests are required a minimum of 45 days in advance of the event in order to be considered and must be submitted in writing.
Please keep in mind we receive a very high volume of requests and as much as we would like to, we cannot donate to or respond to every cause. Being mindful of our product, we forgo events that are either directly tied to schools or by association benefit youth. If we are able to accommodate your donation request we will contact you at the email provided.
